Mobile Journalist

Being a mobile journalists at Ngaio School is for students in Year 5 & 6. This means you report on events at Ngaio School and also go to events outside of school like sports trips.

To be a mobile journalist you need to be responsible, be able to think on your feet, feel comfortable in front and behind a camera and you need to be able to work well under time pressure. The report needs to be ready to be loaded on to the school website by 3.00pm on the day it is recorded. Look on the school website under News Reports to see what the mobile journalists did in 2015. If this sounds like you then please answers these questions and share a short video of your self interviewing someone in your class. The video needs to be no more than 2 minutes long and must be recorded at school. 

The video and the application need to be completed by Friday 4th March. Please share the video with Liz Blackwell in Room 19, l.blackwell@ngaio.school.nz
