Miro Art is Amazing

This term we have been discovering, learning and thinking about the Spanish artist Joan Miro.

We have used his characteristics to create our own 3D sculptures that stand up!

We used primary colours and simple images to communicate ideas about ourselves.

After completing concept drawings on cereal boxes we painted and cut slits in our sculptures.

Ms Beechey and Lizzie have been proud of our creativity and self-management skills when they teach us Art.
